Dinner, a limousine and a VIP finish: an evening I’ve organised before
For one birthday, a guest’s wife asked me to book a sushi omakase dinner for her husband. I arranged the reservation at a friend’s restaurant. After dinner, the evening continued with a limousine ride provided by an independent transport company to discover Tokyo at night, followed by a VIP area at a club.
That gives you an idea of what is possible. Your own celebration might follow a similar rhythm, or take a completely different direction. A beautiful dinner and a quiet cocktail can be just as special. The point is to choose the moments that matter to the person celebrating.
Start with dinner that suits the occasion
For sushi lovers, an omakase dinner can be a memorable beginning. You leave the selection to the chef and enjoy the meal as it unfolds. The restaurant, price and atmosphere should fit your group, so this is an option we discuss according to your budget and preferences.
Tell me about dietary restrictions and whether everyone is comfortable with a menu chosen by the chef. We also need to leave enough time for the meal: an omakase dinner deserves to be enjoyed without watching the clock for the next reservation.
If you prefer something more relaxed, we can look at another style of Japanese dinner. Good food, a comfortable setting and the right company are a strong start to any birthday.
A surprise limousine ride through Tokyo at night
After dinner, a limousine can become part of the celebration itself: time together while the lights of Tokyo pass outside, before continuing to the next venue. The limousine and transport service are managed and operated by an independent professional transport company, not directly by me or Japan BTO.
If you would like personalised details inside the limousine, tell me your wishes so I can pass them to the transport company. The company confirms what it can provide and handles the vehicle arrangements.
The transport company confirms the route, duration and any possible photo stops, taking the restaurant, final destination and traffic into account. I coordinate the restaurant and club timings around the confirmed transport arrangements.
If the evening is a surprise, let me know who is coordinating it and which parts should remain secret. Agreeing on the timing and a single contact person makes the arrangements easier to manage discreetly.

Finish with the music and atmosphere you actually want
For a group ready to celebrate late, a club and a VIP table can make a great finale. The choice depends on your music tastes, group size and the atmosphere you want.

Dinner, limousine hire and personalisation, a birthday cake, drinks, club entry, VIP tables and private rooms are optional arrangements, paid separately from the guiding fee. The limousine service is provided by the independent professional transport company. We agree on the combination, availability and costs before confirming the bookings.
When you contact me, send your date, group size, approximate budget, music preferences and whether the birthday person knows about the plan. Mention any must-have experience, too.
From there, we can work out the reservations and timing together, so you know what is arranged and what each part costs.
